Stepper motor controller
ITK stepper motor controllers are characterized by an extremely smooth running of the motors. The combination of our unique controlling technology and a mechanical damper at the drive shaft achieves not only a high constant velocity but also feeds less energy in the motor. The low temperature rising of the motor leads to an improved temperature stability of the driven axis.
The continuous magnetic field change inside the motor, caused by the ITK-controlling technology, avoids a bucking and latching of the rotor at discret steps. This principle is also maintained in acceleration and deceleration phases.
The ITK-controlling technology has been developed to move microscope stages smoothly even with a joystick at different magnifications and to produce nevertheless low heat in the motors.
