Would you like to learn something practical after leaving school and experience what everyday working life in a company is like? Then you should think about vocational training. The most important prerequisite for starting a 3.5-year apprenticeship with us is a good to very good secondary school diploma, or even a high school diploma. You should also have a fair amount of initiative.

After you have successfully completed your training, we would like to retain you in our company for the long term.
Temporary staff
We are always looking for temporary workers in the field of electronics production, mechanical assembly of individual components or positioning systems. You should have a certain level of manual skills and an interest in the manufacture of technical products. Ideally, you are flexible in terms of time and willing to consider hourly working models.
Trainees and working students
Are you studying a MINT subject and would like to gain your first practical experience? With a student internship at ITK you will gain an insight into the different areas of our company and find out which activities suit you. For the development area, you should bring at least four weeks of time with you and have completed your basic studies, because you will implement a small project during your internship. The same applies to internships in the commercial area: four weeks is the minimum.
If you want to get a taste of practical experience over a longer period of time during your studies and lay the foundation for a later career entry, ITK offers you a job as a working student. Ideally, you will have already completed an internship with us – in mechanics, electronics, hardware or software development. As a working student, you should have at least eight hours per week during the semester or several weeks at a time during the semester break. This allows us to plan better and gives you a sound insight into our processes.
