Increasing expectations regarding the efficiency and effectiveness of the samples to be examined are growing at a rapid pace. In order to meet these requirements, the equipment and applications used are also becoming more precise, faster and more dynamic. Measurements “on the fly” with increasingly high acceleration values and consideration of the resulting dynamic effects require a deep understanding of the motion sequences and couplings between the individual components. A high degree of integration in the end devices of the samples under investigation and a deep understanding of the end applications are prerequisites here. In close dialogue with our customers, we jointly develop the best solution for the respective application. The close dialogue with the user often creates the breakthrough to innovative and groundbreaking products, which are only possible through the willingness to openly exchange ideas. Off-the-shelf catalogue products are the wrong answer here, because we have often found: There is no off-the-peg.
All electronics and software developments are created in our own research and development department. Experienced, curious and highly motivated employees are always looking for new challenges – with the aim of developing the best products on the market.
In order to be able to react quickly and flexibly to all customer requirements, we have an extensive stock of raw materials: granite as a solid foundation, aluminium alloys for normally loaded components and trim parts, titanium for particularly demanding components and high-tech materials such as carbon fibre composite.
Quality is an integral part of our work. Because only uncompromising quality in all phases of development, design and production ensures that our products perfectly withstand the conditions to which they are exposed at all times.
We develop and produce linear axis, positioning axis and complete mechatronic positioning systems for your application: no matter if microscope table or Gantry System for material analysis. Any precise positioning system is made of our core products added by decades of experience in system design and motion control technology.

If your application requires precision and high resolution, then the measurement system developed in-house by ITK are the perfect fit. Even in dirty or harsh environments the incremental or absolute measurement systems by ITK are available as linear or rotatory solutions.

For position systems the main task is to achieve the intended position fast and precise, which requires enormous technical knowledge and experience. With almost 40 years’ experience in developing and producing high resolution controllers we are proud to say: intelligent controllers made by ITK position systems accurate and on point – even up to the nanometer.

ITK offers linear and stepper motors in different power classes. With intelligent motion controllers and our modified stepper motors extremely high resolutions are achievable. In combination with our internal motion controllers it is possible to reduce resonances to a minimum. In-house developed, patented linear motors are used in all our positioning systems, but are also available as stand alone products. Ideal for your individual application.
