Best know-how and most modern CAD engineering systems

All electronics and software developments are created in our own research and development department. Experienced, curious and highly motivated employees are always looking for new challenges – with the aim of developing the best products on the market.

In addition to many years of experience in circuit design and control software, well-equipped laboratories are a guarantee for fast iteration cycles. A balanced age structure and a broad spectrum of skills result in a well-coordinated team at world-class level. Mutual trust in each other’s strengths enables concentrated work on long-term projects and fast response times.

Top-class intelligent control technology for mechatronic positioning systems with positioning accuracies down to the nanometre range is our speciality. The mechatronic applications are created 100 percent in our in-house design department – in 3D CAD, of course. This work is supported by corresponding analysis and simulation work as well as the possibility of rapid prototype construction including 3D printing. Our designers often accompany the implementation and construction of samples and prototypes.

Optimal solutions are created in close cooperation with electronics development and production or final assembly. The advantages are obvious: short distances and a direct line to all relevant departments, such as electronics development, production and assembly, lead to synergy effects. This results in short development times and high quality of the end products.

Hardware development. Always one step ahead

Our positioning controls and measuring systems are developed in-house and permanently kept up to date with the latest technology. It is crucial for us to know both the customer and market requirements and to have the know-how to translate these requirements into technical products.

Over 40 years of experience in the fields of control technology and measuring systems with positioning accuracies down to the nanometre range speak for themselves.

We have always strived not only to fulfil the requirements of the tasks set for us, but to exceed them if possible. This gives our customers a clear competitive advantage, also in the long term.
In addition, we have the flexibility to incorporate changed product requirements into the further development process.

Developing positioning controls at the highest level means understanding the symbiosis between electronics, mechanics and software (motion algorithms) – all the more so when physical limits are reached. Our decisive advantage here is that we have both design and software departments under one roof.
Our development team is a combination of long-standing employees who have been involved in the developments since the beginning and new employees who also help the company grow in terms of personnel. It is precisely this mixture that is one of ITK’s strengths – experience paired with innovative strength. The result is world-class electronic products!

Design. For the best products on the market

Intelligent control technology of the highest class for mechatronic positioning systems with positioning accuracies down to the nanometre range is our speciality. Optimal software solutions are created at ITK through the close cooperation and active exchange of electronics development, production and final assembly of the individual applications. Since all our products are developed in-house, we are happy to exploit this advantage. The result: efficient working methods, exploitation of synergy effects and target-oriented software solutions.

A positioning control system is only as good as the “artificial intelligence” it contains. Our software department is staffed by people with a great deal of know-how and a wealth of experience, both in understanding physical processes in mechatronic positioning systems and in the approach of mapping these processes in “artificial intelligence”. This is how, among other things, movement and control algorithms are created to suit the respective requirements. Of course, we are flexible and able at short notice to check existing requirements according to customer wishes, to adapt them and, if possible, to integrate them.
